"Volume 3", had at Beer'd in Stonington on 11/11/16. Pours a clear light gold color with a thick 1 finger head that doesn't seem to quit.
Smell is heavy on the hops, bitter, lots of citrus and pine. Flavor is just fantastic, good malt bill to start, semi-sweet. This is followed by an intense wave of hops that are just bursting with grapefruit and hints of peach. A little kick of pine resin at the end and a good amount of bitterness to round it out.
Really enjoying this grapefruit bomb and Beer'd did a fantastic job. Cheers!

Clear light amber brew with a modest white head. Retention is OK.
Bright hoppy aroma: green, dank, and citrusy.
Flavor follows: it's a melange of wonderful hop flavors showcased on a medium body. Citrus, tropical fruit, and a touch of pine.

On tap at 2 Brothers. Pours a semi translucent burnt orange color with an inch of frothy white head. The aroma is peach with some tropical fruit notes. Lots of lacing. Mango, papaya and pineapple. Some herbal notes. The taste is much like the aroma but with some more herbal hops this time. The main flavors are peach and grapefruit along with some herbal and spicy hops. Lightly toasted malts at the finish with some more herbal hops. Slightly oily mouthfeel. Pretty hoppy and bitter Pale Ale. Another solid Pale Ale to add to Beer'd's lineup.
