If you’ve ever had the opportunity to check out our brewing area, you may have noticed the binders sprinkled across the space. Each one contains its own super cool, but top secret information like MSDS sheets, event details, water profiles, and recipes. When these go missing or get moved three feet away, it can really hit the fan. Have You Seen My Binder uses loads of flaked oats and wheat for a clean, pillow soft mouthfeel. We then Double Dry Hop the beer with loads of two experimental hop varietals for an in your face tropical fruit experience!

Poured from a 16oz can stamped "12/09/21 A WITTY SAYING PROVES NOTHING" to a Nonic at fridge temp.
It has a hazy orange body that glows near the edges, so its not completely opaque. A 1/2-inch white head sits after the pour but fades to scattered islands of foam as well as a glass hugging ring soon enough. Lacing is nice all the way through the session.
The smell is a musty mango. Not a tempting smell for a fruit but pretty cool for a beer.
Mango follows through into the taste, front and back. Mid mouth there is some hop bitterness and dankness. Hop bitterness reappears on the tongue long after swallowing, impressive.
This is not super creamy, but somewhat oily. Maybe that explains the flavors hanging well after the liquid is down the hatch. (Wow, I cringed writing "down the hatch").
Another winner from Beer'd.

16oz can. Pours an opaque pale yellow with a thin layer of head. Tons of lacing. Tropical fruits in the nose. Guava, mango, grapefruit and pineapple. The taste has a bit more herbal and floral hops than the nose indicated. Grapefruit, pineapple, and tangerine. Lime zest at the end. Soft mouthfeel with lots of carbonation. Oily. Tastes a bit boozier than expected. Worth seeking out.
