Poured from a 16oz can dated 8/25/21 to a Nonic at fridge temp.
Body is an elegant deep clear gold. Maybe I'm overimpressed as it looks nothing like the beers I have been drinking lately. A great mulit-sized bubble head is not quite pure white. The head fades in about 5 minutes but the lacing is phenomenal.
I don't get a lot of aroma. Its mildly musty, earthy... meh.
One sip almost snaps my neck from the mild aroma. This thing is hoppy. Basically, if you want to know Mosaic, taste this. Very satisfying. At 9.1% i'm surprised that the alcohol is only noticeable long after the swallow.
Mouthfeel is appropriate, soft and slightly oily.
Overall a really nice beer.
