Dulce de Leche and Banana Empanada Ale

We brewed this ale with crystal malts, flaked and malted oats, and wheat to give it caramel notes, a fuller body, and subtle sweetness after fermentation. The yeast we utilized provides a subtle banana aroma and flavor, while the malt bill and 20lbs of dulce de leche give it that sweet milky caramel flavor. (PS: there's lactose in there!)
