I am trying this beer off the tapper at the brewery in Wilson, NY as part of a six sample flight. It poured a clear golden with white head that is leaving a nice lace. The scent fresh tangerine citrus notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with crisp malt base with burst of lemon and tangerine presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

Color is hazy and yellow with a stream of bubbles. In my tasting glass the head was thinner and white and fell fast. Nose is scrumptious with peach fuzz and a little bit of dank spice. Some prickly herbal accents the background and then the fruit starts to smell tropical. Pineapple. Malt is a but a hint on the nose . The taste is outstanding a fuller mouthfeel than you are used to with this type of hop but this is the stuff juicy is made of. The succulence of the peach fruit takes the middle with a a lightness that's all about the flavors. There is not much bitterness at first and then you notice there was just enough to whet it as it goes down with a little bit of residual sweetness in the finish but lots of good flavor. Good round malt that is soft and lends just enough weight to the mouthfeel to show you lots of ripe peach and those prickly herbs. The spice that was so dank on the nose gives texture to the flavor as it makes the palate tingle and a little citrusy hint of lemon finishes this one with a bitterness that lingers. It's not forward and it's not so strong that you would say it's strong. It just stays a little. I like this very much. No diacetyl, no dms, no caramel, no alcohol on the nose or on the palate. Crisp and refreshing.
