Canned late Feb 2018. Poured into a Spiegelau IPA. Cloudy orange, light colored head, light lacing.
Aroma: Fresh citrus and tropical fruit, floral..and, a tad on the dank side.
Taste: Citrus upfront, very mild GF mid and back.
MF: Mid-medium MF, light carbonation, with no bitterness backbite.
This is an experiment gone good! Very good as a matter of fact.. all the way through. Glad to have enjoyed my 1st Woodcock Bro's beer.
