L- Mid gold, slightly hazy, pours straight to almost zero head.
S- Exotic hop varieties bringing in lychee, mango, pineapple.
T- Very hoppy-dry, a 'fruit cocktail' middle, alcohol richness/tang, into a dry finish.
F- The style is typical contemporary hipster hops-forward with perfumed fruit notes. The higher hopping makes it refreshing, but the fruit/perfumed side doesn't work for me.
O- A very contemporary twist on a very traditional style of beer, camouflaged under traditional packaging.
Lable states it contains Motueka, Ahtanum and Citra hops (all organic). BBE: Aug-2019
£2.79/330ml can, Planet Organic Westbourne Grove London W2
ps. This is one of those beers that might divide the generations and beer-style tribes; younger/hipsterish might like it more; older/trad/ale'ier, will probably favour it less.
