Technically a Gruit or Grut beer, and apparently ABV ranges from 7.0 up to 9.0+
Served at the brewery in a caged bottle, a nice SRM 15 deep amber color; with a faint citrus aroma; a smooth bitterness spiced flavor and a hop-like bite finish (but no hops, as its a Gruit); sort of astringent dry mouthfeel and a frothy head.
