Requires two slow nitro pours at the bar due to the size of the head. Great blanketing lace on the glass. Gold color with a mild haze.
Mild raw pale grain smell, almost like a freshly opened sack of barley.
More carbonated than I expected and with larger bubbles to boot. Not as smooth as I expected given the nitro. The flavor is also grainy with very little bitterness. I'm a little disappointed at the basic flavor here. A touch of sweetness. Nearly no lasting aftertaste.
