16oz can served in a Spieglau Ale glass. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a loose, quarter inch, bright white cap that sizzles and pops as it slowly recedes into a soapy slick. Nose is fairly subdued - just a dull lemony character. Tastes a bit like watery unsweetened lemonade with some bready malt notes at the finish. Mouthfeel is light in body with a pleasant carbonation shy of lively, a light acidity and a semi-dry finish. Overall, somewhat refreshing but a bit one-sided.

Really liked this sour. Had with chicken nachos and was refreshing.

Poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a stiff pale burnt yellow color that wanted to have some transparency to it but didn't necessarily. Like all wild/sour ales, the normal quick dissipation of the head glided off into oblivion leaving barely any lace, something somewhat concave slid with each sip I took.
The aroma had a nice blend of sweet to sour lemongrass, light green apples, some citrus rind - sour to bitter characters. Light tickle of white pepper at the very end. Light funk and some orange at the very end.
The flavor was mildly sour melding in some of the tart and sweet features of the lemongrass, green apples, sticky sweet wood all coming together right before the aftertaste which was mainly sour to tart green apple and lemongrass.
The mouthfeel was almost medium bodied, seemed to sit just a touch under and give off a fair sipping quality about it. Carbonation felt fine, perhaps a bit under as there seems to be a touch of a slight syrupy texture going on. ABV did feel as projected by the brewer.
Overall, pretty nice wild/sour ale worthy of coming back to if I'm in the mood for. I wonder if this is a series, given the name. I'll have to keep an eye on more of this stuff.

Poured from a 16oz can into a tulip glass.
A: The beer is a light yellowish gold color with a short white head that fades quickly and leaves a very thin lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains wild Belgian yeast, esters, light caramelized malts, some hops and some citrus.
T: The taste starts out with some citrus and caramel sweetness. Then a good hops bitterness for the style comes in. The malt character is hearty but not too heavy creating a good balance. The tartness creeps in for the finish. The after-taste is slightly tart and slightly sweet.
M: Crisp and a little smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is dry and slightly sticky.
O: A little tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, mild kick, good representation of style, this is a decent sour beer to drink for a while if you’re in the mood for the style.

The beer pours an extremely pale straw color. The fizzy bubbly half inch of white foam lasted a bit, falling to a ring and a raft.
The nose is the faintest bit of funk, and as it warmed up there was an equally faint smell of orange.
What it reminds me of on the taste is a Berliner weisse minus any semblance of intensity. The sour level seems Ok, but it simply ends there. There is a little bit of citrus orange and there's a little bit of funk, nothing I can detect in the malt or wheat department. I cant call it bad tasting, but there simply isn't much to enjoy with this one in the flavor department. It did come on a little stronger as the beer warmed, but it just lacks any substance.
I was hoping I could say this was an outstanding local beer, but I can't. Even for a summer "session" beer I am looking for a bit more depth in the flavor department. There are many much better kettle sours to drink out there.
