Forecast Chapter 2 is a bold interpretation of the classic gose style. We’ve continued our partnership with Walrus & Carpenter Oysters, brewing with their locally grown kelp, sea salt, and Indian Coriander to help create a sour yet refreshing beer that is perfect for the summer months.

Not a big Gose drinker, but it's still pretty good. Weird flavors, but still enjoyable from time to time.

Quite a good pour for a Gose, the head often being too high- sometimes 4F for some Goses. Nice looking- not usually the case in the style.
The beer poured a cloudy copper golden color with a 2F head in a Gose glass.
Sea salt aroma, kelp, possibly cabbage as indicated by the brewer as being an ingredient in the beer.
Excellent MF. Quite tart, carbonated- more than other beers in the style.
The aroma transitions well to the taste: sea salt, fruit, kelp.
Excellent finish- bitter and tart.
Nice approach to the style which can be unbalanced in flavor. Lots of continuity in this beer, and the finish is one of the best I've tasted in the style.
