This is an interesting concept for a beer. Adding maple, oats, allspice, and vanilla to an amber base does not sound like it will work well. I guess we'll soon see if it worked out
Pours a cloudy orange with a finger of white head that quickly reduces to a ring and leaves no lacing
It's mostly due to the allspice, but the aroma here is akin to some of the best pumpkin beers I've had. Lots of pie spice, vanilla, maple, and lightly toasted red malt
Up front this starts out with a classic amber taste, with light citrus and toasty malt. When held in the mouth it trends sweeter with maple really coming in strong. The swallow brings more sweetness, but it's ultimately a let down from the aroma. There's more spice and toasted malt, but it is a bit watered down
This has a light medium body and mild prickly carbonation, which allows this to drink easy, as expected for the style and the abv. It finishes a tad too sticky but nothing too awful
This was not bad overall, I just wish the flavors were a little more forward

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
