Nice to be able to drink local with everything going on, this was my first pandemic brewery trip. Picked up a 4 pk of this and a 4 pk of mango vango, one of my go to's
This one pours a cloudy pale yellow with 2 fingers of soapy white head that fades quickly to a cap, no lacing
Oh yeah that's definitely peach in the nose, jammy and bright with lactic tartness, backed with a lighter passionfruit note, mild citrus and pale malt
The taste brings out more of the passionfruit while still staying true to the peach. Bold and lightly tart fruit on the front end, peaks sour-wise mid sip (which is not that sour anyways) before fading into quite an unexpected but welcome crackery malt
Well carbonated but not overly so, this one is light-medium bodied and goes down super smooth. Finishes a bit sticky, but that doesn't get in the way of anything
Foolproof has a knack for sours, and this is no exception. Simple, but interesting enough to keep drinking, this is very refreshing. Solid brew
