Taster at downtown tap room. Pale, clear golden pour with small tight, white head. Grainy, corny aroma and taste. Again, does not have the crisp hop finish the style is know for. Sweet, and some residual dull bitterness.

22oz bottle bought from Fred Meyer in Wilsonville OR.
$4.99
Pours a slightly hazy golden straw coloured beer with a small white head..leaves gorgeous lace.
Aroma of apricot stones , honey and anise. Interesting.
Taste is much the same as the aroma but with the slightest taste of hops.
Palate is fine for the style and finishes semi dry.
A nice drink..

Nice and light with a grainy seedy wheat creamyness. A touch of lime finishes at the end with a mildly dry hop dried finish. Just enough dry finish to keep your tongue busy and kill the slight residual sweetness. Nice light kolsch.

A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high off white head that gradually died down, eventually leaving a thin ring of bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of biscuit malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, having flavors of biscuit malts along with notes of chalkiness and hints of green grapes.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I really liked the biscuit malts aromas and flavors—they really made the beer unique compared to others in the style.

Nice refreshing Kolsch. Clean & crisp as per style. A bit thin even for a Kolsch. Consumed on a 70 degree day; it'd be great on a 90 degree day. Subdued taste with only slight grassiness. Malt profile is just right. Very good ale!
