Growler from brewery.
A: Brilliant amber, orange tint, very little head on the first poor but actually produced a 2” finely bubbled white head on subsequent pours. Lacy
S: Perfumey with a hint of lemon, light fruit, light bread, very light hop presence, slight grassy aroma.
T: Light and big fruity palate brings it close in character to a chardonnay with hops instead of oak. Perfumey, pepper and a trace of lemon.
M: Medium low carbonation, high medium body, moderate warming.
O: A nice companion for cheese and a baguette on a warm spring afternoon.
