Not a blonde ale at all. This is more of a Belgian single. Lots of bananas and cloves but a huge malt backbone. Caramel and toffee. Not light and easy drinking. Very letdown with this as it isn't anything like what I thought I was ordering.

From a growler.
A: brilliant blonde to gold with a thin white film of foam S: spice, banana. Fruit.
T: Malt, biscuit, spice and light fruit with a big shot of banana in the finish.
M: medium bodied, fine soft carbonation
O: Well developed Belgian flavors and character. This goes very well with key lime pie.
