12oz can, adhesive label. Date stamp on label is '10-22-25', about five weeks in the can.
Clear, pale gold colored body. One finger of white colored head, and this becomes an interrupted cap and full ring. Cap reforms as complete and follows the body down to the bottom of the glass. Leaves behind webs and strings of lacing.
Aroma of orange, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, and a whiff of pine.
Taste is earthy, with some sweetness. Flavors of pineapple, grapefruit, orange, mango, white grape, and melon. Some dankness and pine. Noticeable malt base. Aftertaste is a continuation of all but is of short duration.
Medium mouthfeel. Higher ABV% is buzzy and leaves a little sting with each sip. Very good carbonation.
Bright hop flavors over a sweet malt base. Nothing objectionable, and delivers a buzzy punch.

Malty with nice hops behind it. Is a malt forward IPA. Lots of sticky lacing left behind and moderate head. Some nice pine notes as well. Pretty high ABV but is sessionable. Can't see much wrong with this beer as a nice enjoyable IPA.

12 oz can into a Becher glass.
L: SRM 5 Pours 99% clear golden caramel color with a thin white head that quickly recedes to edge foam, light steady carbonation bubbles, antique doily lacing patterns.
S: Citrus zest, melon, pine, sweetbread, lightly caramelized malts, background fruits, honey, a light hint of alcohol with warming.
T: Candied caramelized malts, honey, citrus zest, pine resin, light grains, has a fruity & resinous lengthy linger, moderately sweet and lightly rich.
F: Smooth & gently sluggish & thick medium-heavy body with a glassy/slippery medium-long moderately drying finish.
O: Hoppy is printed on the back of the label as a description, but IMO it's more of a malty IPA with a simple & lightly zesty linger. I find it to be candy-sweet, pleasant and good tasting. Thankfully its 7% ABV. IMO it's less of a WCIPA and is more of a standard American IPA. It is good in its style.

2017 notes:
Clear, bright golden coloring, large, lush snow-white head. Leaving lace, looking good.
Fresh, fruity, floral aromatics. Spicy and citric notes abound. Tropical, touch, if just a touch.
Pineapple and grapefruit. Gorgeous.
Let's drink it, already: big, brash hop attack leads first on the palate. Juicy, citrus notes float on the tongue. Medium-bodied, long bitter finish. Lively, and delicious. My kind of IPA. I can just drink it and drink it. And doggone it, so can you.

Pleasant IPA. Would recommend for a slightly less hoppy and more session based choice in the IPA realm.

From a 6 day old crowler, into a DM pint glass. Pours a very clear bright amber with minimal head and no retention, but bubbles (even after 5 minutes). On the one hand, what's another IPA to this world? On the other hand, I've had so many run-of-the-mill NEIPAs the past year or so, I found this older-school take with its waves of biscuity and caramel malts and sticky piney/citrusy hops, as well as some slightly earthy and flowery ones to be a really nice return to what used to be more normal. Almost an English style dimension to it, but...only almost. I don't know that I'd be able to pick this one out of a crowd of good to great ipas from the great state of MN, but it strikes me as nicely put together and it has several pleasing notes that it hits well. It isn't very heavy, nice balance between bitter and sweet, coats the tongue with some hoppy resins that linger, but not quite as much bite as I'd prefer, and the finish, actually, is a little dirty and off...doesn't really come together as it loses the sweet dimensions and biscuity smoothness of the malts but doesn't really have any nice bitterness, either...maybe a little overcarbonated. On the whole, it is solid, though it isn't anything to write home about. I'm enjoying it now, at any rate, and I wouldn't hesitate to go to it again.

On tap at the brewery. Deep golden clear body. Smells pretty malty. Lots of caramel malt and some piney hops. Tastes of grapefruit, caramel sweetness. Piney bitterness. Medium to medium heavy. It’s kinda sluggish, really. Very average, but nothing wrong with it.

Pours a clear amber color with a smallish head and almost zero lacing for a house IPA this is BAD. Smell is better its more malt forward then i like notes of citrus with some floral hops a grainey finish . mouth feel is low carbonation but had some floral hops with alot of caramel malts. Not a fan of this one if thisis the "House IPA" i dont want to visit.

It appears the ABV on this one fluctuates. The BA listing says 7.9, my crowler is labeled 6.9, and their website says it's 6.7. Still, the can also says "House IPA," so I guess that's what this is.
Pours a dark, very clear amber with a fluffy white head.
Smells malt-heavy (it was canned 15 days ago), with some nice nodes of biscuit and hay against some floral hops.
Tastes like it smells: malt, spices, and flowers and nicely bitter throughout. Starts with barley that's almost British-seeming, with biscuit and toffee shining through. This moves quickly into bitter hops and more leathery malt, finishing dry with light floral nodes.
Nicely complex, but a little unbalanced.
