L: brilliant rosy copper amber under a 1" white foam collar with good retention
S: rose petals add a tea-like berry aroma which blends in with a big Belgian yeast scent with fruit, over ripe fruit and spicy phenol aromas
T: starts mildly sweet balanced by a mild berry tartness over some crisp pie crust. It finishes dry
F: medium light body with medium high carbonation
O: Imperial Golden Rose Ale achieves a pleasant balance between a mild sweetness and subtle berry tartness that adds to the Belgian yeast character and makes for a very pleasant drink.
