From a crowler canned five days ago. L: It pours bright dark brown under a 2β tan foam cap that takes 3 minutes to collapse to ΒΌ its original height.
S: Dark malt aromas with a faint roast supported by floral hops. Malt aromas are medium and hop aromas are medium low. Clean yeast character.
T: Lightly sweet dark bitter chocolate and black French roast coffee with some fruit in the background. Some drying on the finish. The malt flavors are medium to medium high, the bitterness β a blend of hops and dark roast β is medium and lingers from the finish well into the aftertaste. Hop flavors (other than bitterness) are low to medium low
F: Very creamy with medium body and carbonation with very fine soft carbonation.
O: Almost like an iced mocha dessert drink.
