Dangerous Man's "house" Pale Ale, very fresh in a mini-growler (4 days old).
Look: The classic APA. Golden, clear as a freshly Windex'd window.
Smell: Fruity hop aromas, some mango, maybe light grapefruit.
Taste: the hops are up front, but there's a nice malt backbone to balance this APA so that it's probably sessionable.
Feel: good carbonation, but maybe just a pinch on the thin side.
Overall: a really nice APA - if I had a buddy who was a BMC drinker wanting to venture into "craft" beers, this would be a beverage I'd direct him or her to sample. Well executed again by Dangerous Man.
