From a growler. A: Brilliant amber chestnut with a 1” bone white lacy foam cap that quickly dissipates. S: Malt, light sweetness, light toast, spice, not much hop. T: Well rounded malt flavors, biscuit, toffee, some fruit but not big, and mild hop bitterness – just enough to balance the malt. Starts slightly sweet and finishes towards dry. M: Very smooth and well rounded, medium to medium full body, medium carbonation. O: A pleasant summer afternoon sipping beer.
