Poured from a 750 ml "crowler" can into a Dangerous Man can glass.
Appearance: Pours a bright golden orange with a moderate amount of bubbles. Solid finger of white head that settles into a thin creamy layer.
Smell: A juicy and piney hop forward aroma with a scent of citrus and pine resin. Citrus hop scent of orange peel, grapefruit, mango, tangerine, melon, and pineapple. Earthy hop scent of pine resin, grass, and onions. Malt hints of caramel, grains, and cracker along with yeast. A pretty solid aroma.
Taste: Like it smells, a juicy and piney hop driven taste with notes of citrus fruit and pine resin. Citrus hop notes of grapefruit, orange peel, mango, melon, tangerine, and pineapple. Earthy hop notes of pine resin and grass along with some onion. Background malt notes of caramel, grains, and cracker with yeast. A nice ripe taste.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with a moderate amount of carbonation. Juicy, oily, and drying.
Overall: A pretty solid IPA. Nice mix of citrus and pine hop flavor.
