Pecan Brown Ale pours a dark brown with not much head. The aroma has notes of pecans and chocolate. The flavor has a nice roasted cereal flavor and hints of roasted sweet pecans. It has a good feel. Overall, it's a very approachable beer. It has a nice roasted flavor and good pecan notes. There is nothing off with this beer.

From a 12oz can with no date on it.
This beer pours as it name implies - brown. When I hold it to the light I get faint amber hues shining through. There's a 1 finger tan head to this beer that has good retention. There's some sticky looking lacing on the glass as the head dissipates.
The nose has a slightly nutty smell to it and a hint of roasted malt to it.
Taste - This beer has a malty character to it. Slightly roasted pecan flavor. Malty undertone to it.
Great body to this beer. Decent thickness for the ABV. Smooth feeling.
This is a beer that delivers on its name. Tasty and easy to drink.

A brown ale is an interesting thing. Ppl think it's pretty basic, something that flies in between the IPAs and the stouts of the world. There's a level of chocolate with this along with a good amount of carbonation that pairs with a bit of char. Some earth tones as well. Very drinkable and a nice break from the pale ales of the world.

Good carbonation, nice foam, smells of nut and vanilla. More of a walnut taste than pecan. Definitely appropriate for the fall season. I wish it was a tiny bit less bitter. Nothing spectacular but I would drink it again

On Tap @ brewery. Pour a light brown color with amber highlights a fresh beige head and some silky lacing. Smell is nutty malts with toffee and vanilla . Taste had a nice warm roasted malt taste with a pecan and caramel nice hops compliment this ale. mouth feel was sweet with hops and nutty malts. reminded me of a scotch ale /brown ale hybrid.
