Tasted same day as purchased at the brewer from a crowler.
This ale is a fine blending very distinct flavors, including barley, oat and wheat base and both wildflower and buckwheat honeys. Great across all dimensions. The wildflower and buckwheat flavors really compliment each other. The honey component is very "there" while only adding a balancing sweetness. Of course, there is a walnut or nutty layer as well.
My expectations were exceeded by this successful use of walnuts. The broad set of flavors made every sip intriguing. I will seek out more.
