A classic American Amber Ale that’s all about balance. Biscuit and Mars malts bring malty goodness with hints of toasted caramel. American hops add citrus and balance, but don’t overpower the malt. Not too bitter, not too sweet, a true all-arounder. A Playmaker.

Amber brown colored body. One finger of off white colored head, and this reduces to a thin cap and higher ring. Leaves behind scattered lacing webs.
Aroma of caramel toasted malts, chocolate, and floral hops.
Taste is sweet but also has a roasted malt dark robustness. Flavors of caramel, a little bit of chocolate, a hint of coffee, and a brief appearance of floral and citrus hops. Malty in the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Smooth and coating texture. Drier finish. Good carbonation.
Malty brew with proceeds to support "Hockey Helps".
