Copenhagen 12/6 2020. 33 cl bottle from Vild med Vin webshop. Brekkeriet's big "b" on the label with some gold from a sunrise.
Pours hazy burgundy with a small pink head. Bubbly. Disappears after a few seconds leaving a thin Bloody Mary behind. No lacing.
Aroma is intense and fruity sweet with a tart odor rummaging in the background. Sweet raspberries, sweet lactose. Almost candy-like. Tart notes of unripe gooseberries.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, soft yet tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense and watery. Medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate tart, sourness. Aftertaste is tart with a sweet undercurrent. Lingers shortly. Semi-dry finish.
Fabulous fruity nose but disappointingly thin flavor.

Taste is light and tart with notes o raspberries, fresh and jam, lime, blackberries and a bit of youghurt. Incredibly refreshing.
Mouthfeel is thin, well carbonated.
Overall, a very refreshing beer that packs an insane amount of flavor into the low ABV.

Tart fruit aroma, raspberry, sour. Short pinkish head that disappears quickly to a thin cap and ring. Tiny carbonation bubbles rise through a light ruby-amber colored beer. Mouth feel is moderate and tingly from the tartness and light carbonation. Taste is tart raspberry; tart tending toward sour. The raspberry tart/sour flavor continues throughout, beginning, middle, finish, and aftertaste. Finish is crisp and light.

On tap at Beavertown Extravaganza. Aroma has bright raspberry and lactic tartness, like fruity yogurt. Taste is tart and fruity with raspberry pits flavor. Refreshing, light and dry.
