Pours straw yellow, with loads of visible bubbles. Low, dense foam.
The smell is funky and slightly acidic, with nice hints of apples and grapes.
The taste is a terrific mix of funkiness and acidity. Quite complex, with green apples and grapes. Finish is nice and bitter, with good hop bite. Bone dry.
Thin bodied, lots of carbonation.
Overall, one of the better beers I've had from Brekeriet. Deep and rewarding, and I love the hoppy finish.
