A: Pours a lightly murky pale golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and faint straw yellow + bright yellow colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy foamy light beige head that slowly reduces to a large patch of thick pillowy film covering the entire surface of the beer with a thick ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of slightly tart tropical passionfruit with a light aroma of vanilla, slightly sour wheat malts, lacto tartness, and earthy funky brett.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of slightly soured wheat malts with minimal amounts of sweetness. That is followed by moderate flavors of vanilla and moderate to strong flavors of tropical passionfruit. Finally there is a light to moderate flavor of earthy funky brett and moderate flavors of lacto tartness. No discernible hop presence and no bitterness. Moderate amounts of lingering tartness in the finish.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a moderate amount of acidic prickliness.
O: Tart and refreshing - I really appreciate the combination of vanilla, passionfruit, and brett with a more traditional Berliner Weiss backbone of wheat + lacto. Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and enjoyable.

A 330ml bottle, bottled in December 2017 #126, with a best before date of 20th December 2022. Poured into a Holy Mountain tulip glass.
Appearance: A hazy dark straw yellow colour with a big two finger white head that dissipated quickly and left no lacing.
Aroma: Tart, passionfruit, band aid, passionfruit skin with hints of lemon.
Taste: Sour, tart, passionfruit, peach and lemon.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with moderate to high carbonation.
Overall: Aroma was just average, but taste on the other hand was definitely nice and relaxing.

Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2017, red session. Aroma has lots of passionfruit, tart and lactic. Taste is tart but also has juicy passionfruit flavors. Light and refreshing, a bit acidic but it fits the style.
