Imported by the Shelton Brothers who are no longer in business. They imported great beers. Strong Brett and some raspberries. No vanilla. The best by date was May 2022 but the beer held up well on October 2023.

Pours an opaque, deep red coloration with a small, fluffy head that quickly fades to a ring of lacing around the glass. Smells of sweet and tart raspberries with just a hint of vanilla coming through as well. Taste is dominated sweet and tart raspberries, with lighter lactic acidity and just the merest hint of musty funk and vanilla. Finishes with a light sweetness and tartness, as well as some raspberries lingering in the aftertaste. Soft, pillowy mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
While this somewhat lacks the yeasty esters and noticeably funkiness that I expect from a bretted Berliner Weiße, it's nevertheless quite an enjoyable beer that is well-balanced in it's own way, with a really lovely, vibrant raspberry presence and the light vanilla notes working surprisingly well to round things out. Also has an excellent, soft, kinda pillowy, mouthfeel for a Berliner Weiße that almost reminds me of a NEIPA.

Pours a glowing pinkish red with a little bit of wispy, pink foam.
Smell is tart with notes of raspberries, lime, raspberry jam and just a hint of vanilla.
Taste is tart and juicy with notes of raspberries, grass, cream and a slight sweetness from the vanilla on the finish. Very refreshing!
Mouthfeel is medium with spritzy carbonation.
Overall, a really nice sour, well balanced and very refreshing.

Hazy pinkish color with white head. Aroma has lots of fruity notes but the vanilla is also detectable. Taste is tart and fruity with fruit seed astringency, lactic funk and dry finish. Light to medium body with medium carbonation. Quite nice, easy drinking and fresh sour beer.

33 cl bottle, bottled May 2017, best before May 3rd 2022. #73.
It pours a cloudy orange red, small head of foam, more of a fizz, bits of sediment that I see whilst pouring.
Ha ha, nice aroma of sour raspberries, lactic acid, wee bit of vanilla, yeasty.
Raspberry tartness is way to my liking. Lactic acid there but compliments the fruit. Vanilla barely noticeable. But I don't care aboot that. Sour level aboot 3/5.
Light body that gets thin in the finish but overall, a most enjoyable brew.

a new one from these guys, glad to see some bottles in the denver market. its a berliner with raspberry and vanilla, and its mighty interesting, it has a soapy soft pink hazy color to it and a tangy mouthwatering nose, but on top of the raspberry, there is this crazy vegetable element, like straight up tomato juice, i almost get a red beer vibe from it, which i know makes no sense, but its true, i couldnt believe it. its bretty for a berliner, not just lacto souring and tang, but a cool almost woody funk to it, more mature and interesting than most beers in this style because of it, very well developed, makes it wine-like and complex, super cool feature, and it has a wild bottle conditioned pop and liveliness to it that is uncommon in the style. almost more like a saison/berliner hybrid. the raspberry is natural and tangy, ripe and strong in the mix, and the vanilla is more subtle but a bit sweet. not too much, and enough to make this interesting without making it milkshakey or desserty, which has come into vogue somehow now as well. the tomato element, i can get past it, nose and taste alike, unexplained but obvious to me when i think about it, not sure where such a vegetable complexion would come from, it makes no sense, but when i give up on trying to figure it out and just enjoy it, it really works great with the fruit in here, adding a savory or even umami vibe. delicious and complex for a berliner, the little bit of rye malt goes a long way too, lots going on but still really drinkable, off dry and with great carbonation, a fun little bottle of beer from a seriously fascinating brewery. props for being mostly organic too on this one. hopefully more of their beers are on the way to colorado!

A 330ml bottle, bottled in November 2017 #122, with a best before date of 29th November 2022. Poured into a Holy Mountain tulip glass.
Appearance: A hazy light ruby red colour with a two finger pinkish head that dissipated quickly and left no lacing.
Aroma: Lightly tart, sweet and sour raspberry with a hint of vanilla. On the whole a little light though.
Taste: Lightly tart, lightly sour, raspberry, berry seeds and hints of wheat on the finish.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Love the colour. I thought the aroma was too light though. Luckily the taste had nice tart raspberry fruitiness which covered the slight disappointment I had in the aroma.
