Pours a clear deep red, with some pink foam.
Smell is tart with notes of lime, cherries and some salt.
Taste is tart and nicely acidic. Fairly light, notes of cherries, lime and lemon juice. Vey refreshing, some hints of brett and a dry, vinous finish.
Mouthfeel is thin, well carbonated.
Overall, a very refreshing sour, well balanced with good depth of flavor.
