Pours an unclear orange with very little head.
Smell is tart and citrusy with notes of hay, some funk, oak and Seville oranges.
Taste is woody and solidly tart. Notes of charred oak, lemon, grapefruit and dry white wine with a little bit of bitterness, like from citrus peel. Nice, soft acidity as well.
Mouthfeel is medium, with bright carbonation.
Overall, a very nice sour, balanced and pretty complex.
