Pours a golden orange with soft, quickly fading foam.
Smell is tart with notes of lemon, oak, funk, white wine and a hint of sweet vanilla.
Taste is tart and woody with notes of lemon, oak, funk and some vanilla. Nice acidity and very refreshing.
Mouthfeel is medium, dry and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice, interesting sour.
