375 ml capped and corked bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.0%. Red colour, large to moderate off-white / pinkish head. Aroma of blackcurrants, brettanomyces / farmhouse and lactic acid. Moderately sour flavour, notes of blackcurrants and brettanomyces. Not too sweet.

Pours a dark purple with low, pink foam.
Smell is tart with strong notes of black currants and citrus, as well as some oak and earthiness.
Taste is tart and mildly acidic. Notes of black currants, citrus, oak and a hint of vanilla. Quite dry with a bit of earthiness. Really captures both the taste and feel of black currants.
Mouthfeel is medium, dry and brightly carbonated.
Overasll, a very nice sour that really showcases the currants.
