I deliciously juicy and tart wild ale with passion fruit and saffron.

On the nose, an explosion of passion fruit: a centrifuge. Even some tartaric notes.
When poured it looks more and more like a centrifuge: intense orange color, even the foam (abundant, but evanescent and which disappears by itself in a few seconds) is yellow!
Light body, lively but not annoying carbonation.
Clearly the entrance scene takes it all in passion fruit, with tropical and even sweet hints, but which are very well resized by this tartaric note that "dries" the fruity taste and, even without taking on an evident astringency, dehydrates a little ' the tongue. A light tropical fruit taste remains on the palate.
Splendid balance because the taste of fruit and the acid note do not overpower, but follow each other and complement each other without creating a chain of excesses.
Fast, but quality drink.

Pours saffron yellow with very little head.
Smell is tart and fruity with notes of saffron, passionfruit and peaches.
Taste is tart with some spiciness. Notes of passionfruit, saffron, peaches and some wheat dough on the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a very interesting sour, probably not for everyone.
