This is fun. Bright rose color with a slight pink head. Outstanding smell, cherries everywhere. The tasted doesn't disappoint. Well balanced with tart fruit yet nice backbone from what I guess is oak. I'll look for this again.

Pours a deep reddish purple with low, pink foam.
Smell is oaky and vinous with notes of cherries, grass and some vanilla.
Taste is tart with a slight sweetness lurking, and quite vinous and dry. Notes of currants, cherries, vanilla, oak, lime and a hint of vinegar. Nice balance in the acidity.
Mouthfeel is medium, dry and well carbonated.
Overall, a very good sour, balanced but complex.
