Pours an unclear orange with fine, low head.
Smell is tart, oaky and citrusy with notes of saffron, cloudberriesand Seville oranges.
Taste is sour with a lot of oak. Notes of cloudberries, citrus, peach and a hint of saffron. Very dry with a hint of bitterness on the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, dry and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice sour, with a few quirks that make it stand out.
