Pours a dark red with low, pink foam.
Smell is tart with notes of strawberries, currants, lime, strawberry jam and a hint of spice.
Taste is tart and mineral, with notes of strawberries, currants, strawberry jam and a hint of vanilla. Well balanced and refreshing.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice "casual" sour. Easy to drink and well made.
