Pours a murky reddish orange with some wispy head.
Smell is tart and slightly vinegary with notes of cherries, oak, sloe and hints of vanilla and lime.
Taset is sour with good acidity and plenty of oak initially. Notes of cherries, sloe, red wine and hints of lime, vanilla and vinegar. Very complex with a bone dry finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, dry and brightly carbonated.
Overall, a terrific sour, the Vild series continues to impress.
