SEPTEMBER 2022
33 cl can, Lot: # 405. On the label: "Canned: AUGUST 2021 - Best before: 11 AUGUST 2023"
Very balanced fruit beer:
Lightweight, smooth and smooth body.
Even non-existent foam.
Enveloping opening of red currant (red berry can be recognized) also sweet note, then a note of tartaric acid intervenes and in succession a more lactic, slightly more astringent, but very balanced note.
In the finish the fruity notes emerge that take on softer and sweeter contours (they remind me of one of those round white candies that was in clothing stores several years ago).
The lips stick a little, but it is not a "jam" at all, it flows clean and smooth with a tartaric / lactic acid note perfectly in line with a well-conceived fruit sour beer to make it neither unpleasant nor "extreme".
An acidity similar to a natural sourness is recreated.
A lot of red currant, just the intensity of acidity and a clean finish on the tongue and tasty on the palate.

Decent sour, very tart with lots of berries flavors. Pricey, but if you want something local it is not bad!
