Pours a hazy light orange with fine, wispy head.
Smell is tart and a bit earthy with notes of juniper berries, gin, wood and a hint of turpentine.
Taste is tart and a bit spicy. Notes of juniper berries, gin, oak, bourbon, vanilla, dry white wine and some hints of earth and vinegar.
Mouthfeel is medium, dry and vinous with lively carbonation.
Overall, a very interesting sour, almost a bit cocktaily.
