Pours amber with low, wispy head.
Smell is tart and citrusy with notes of oak, peach, lemon peel and some funk. Light and bright.
Taste is tart with nice acidity. Notes of citrus, oak, peach, lemon peeö, white wine and some funk. Crisp and easy to drink, but with some depth. Very dry finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, dry and brightly carbonated.
Overall, a very drinkable but still complex sour.
