Pours a fairly clear yellow with fine head.
Smell is tart and fruity with notes of citrus, citrus peel, oak, peach, nectarine, and some funk.
Taste is tart and oaky with notes of citrus, citrus peel, peach, white wine, pepper and funk with good acidity and some herbal hints. Deep and complex.
Mouthfeel is medium, dry and brightly carbonated.
Overall, a terrific, complex sour.
