Pours a clear amber with close to no head.
Smell is tart with notes of white wine, oak, lemon, lime, funk and youghurt.
Taste is tart and oaky with notes of white wine, tangerine, lime, yughurt and some apple. Nice acidity and a light bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, dry and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice, fairly complex sour.
