Pours a clear yellow with fine head.
Smell is tart with notes of lemon, lime, oak, Seville oranges and citrus peel.
Taste is tart and dry with notes of oak, lemon, lime, Seville oranges, citrus peel and some peach. Slight bitterness with hints of grapes and white wine on the finish,
Mouthfeel is medium, dry with effervescent carbonation.
Overall, a very nice sour, layered but easy to drink.
