Pours a hazy pale yellow with fine head.
Smell is tart and floral with notes of wood, pine, spruce, citrus, gin and grass.
Taste is tart, floral and very crisp. Notes of citrus, spuce, juniper berries, gin and grass.
Mouthfeel is thin to medium with good carbonation.
Overall,a very drinkable sour, would have wanted more juniper.
