Alpha is an elegant and complex blend in which we have mixed a young saison with an old sour ale, both aged in our large oak foeders.

Pours a semi clear yellow with fine head.
Smell is tart and crisp with notes of lemon, lime, youghurt, funk and stables with hints of pepper and oak.
Taste is tart and oaky with nice acidity. Notes of lemon, lime, yoghurt, hay and stables. A bit of funk and a soft bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium and ry with effervescent carbonation.
Overall, a very nice, fairly complex sour.
