Pours a dark yellow with fine head.
Smell is tart with notes of lime, oak, citrus peel, yoghurt, orange and peach.
Taste is tart with notes of Seville oranges, oak, lime, lime zest, yoghurt, peach, orange marmalade and some mineral and bitter hints.
Mouthfeel is medium with spritzy carbonation.
Overall, a terrific sour, intense but balanced.
