Copenhagen 15/6 2020. 33 cl bottle from Vin med Vin web-shop. 'white label with Brekeriet's characteristic black "b".
Pours unclear, murky burgundy with a small, bubbly, white head. Disappears quite quickly leaving a sad Bloody Mary behind. I miss the piece of celery. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with strong odor of sweet berries and some tart overtones. Exotic fruit. Mango and passion fruit. Sweet strawberries, raspberries. Citrus and tart gooseberries.
Light carbonation. Thin, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by slightly stronger tart sourness. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry and tart.
Nice tart berry brew fairly balanced but skewed a bit to the sour side.
