As the brewers at Brekeriet point out, All in Folks is just a Berliner Weisse without any fruit, berries, or shit... But it still has Huell Melon hops and some little bugs!

Copenhagen 24/6 2020. 33 cl bottle from Vild med Vin webshop. Brekeriet's usual All In Brewing's little hop flower.
Pours hazy pale yellow with a small and bubbly white head. Disappears more or less leaving a thin, almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with a medium strong fruity odor, strong odor of funk and citrus fruit. Peach and tangerine. Yeast and brett. Glue and wallpaper paste. Hints of tart lemonade.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a light sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric sourness. Aftertaste is sour and a bit thin. Lingers shortly. Dry finish.
Delicate nose and solidly dry. But a bit thin in flavor.
