Copenhagen 17/3 2019. 75 cl bottle from Mikkeller Web-shop. Simple design with Brekeriet's simple B and the name of the beer.
Pours hazy, golden yellow with a small white head. Disappears almost completely leaving only very thin remnants of foam.
Aroma is sharp, citric and unforgiving. Citrus of the concentrated variety, oranges and unripe berries. A more subdued sweetness rummaging in the background. Lightly sugary.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, prickly and lively texture.
Flavor has a light sweetness followed by a strong sourness supplemented by a citric bitterness. Aftertaste is sour with a funky twist and a subtle underlying sweetness. Lingering. Vinous dry finish.
A moderately wild and funky sour drink with a vinous dryness. A lot of flavor for an ABV of 5,3.
